If you looked at a time-line from when you first started the process to sell or buy a house until the move-in date, there are a LOT
of things that need to fall into place. The
key to making it all fall into place is knowing that things come together a LOT better when you've got someone capable and

Real estate has been a passion most of
my life. I bought my first home when only 18, and in one way
or another I’ve been buying homes and assisting others to buy and
sell most of the time since.
I grew up in the city of St. Louis and
later moved to St. Louis County and even Franklin County for a while

I
was a first time home buyer and didn’t have a clue how the home buying
process worked. Lesley had the patience and knowledge to guide me thru

 Qualifications and Background
I received my Real Estate license in 1991,
and soon after earned a GRI designation. (Graduate of the Realtor
Institute).
Later I got my broker’s license and recently attained
the new certification: SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource). If you are interested in finding a foreclosure property, it's a strong advantage to have someone on your side who is trained in this area.
Working in a
title company for over 8 years, as well as being a notary gives me specialized experience when it comes to making sure your paperwork will go well.
I also perform loan
closings for a number of national lenders. I am certified and
background checked.
Besides experience with short
sales and foreclosures, I've personally done rehab and investment real estate projects and am qualified to help you with that- including
